When we would dig into things, nothing looked out of the ordinary: line heath, modem, router all good. After a few days of instability, the problem goes away.

After a few of these incidences, we're willing to declare a trend... but that doesn't really help anyone.

It's also notable that this is the time of year where violent thunderstorms occur and lightning strikes power, phone and cable lines. It happens quite a bit. Also, we've got a few Ubiquiti AirRouters on hand too, these are fantastic routers with 802.11N wireless too - We're selling them at $85+tax - and they're going fast! During the above maintenance window, all commercial power to the building will be disconnected for maintenance and upgrades. All suites will transfer to Generator Power for the duration of the window.
