Some strange packet loss earlier. Not sure what it was, I'm digging but it's hard to find anything.

Nearby DDoS? (We're guessing) Some heavy packet loss being seen right now... everything within our network is fine, so I'm guessing one or more of our peers is taking it.

What happened this morning? (And last night?) TorIX (Toronto Internet Exchange) blew up. Again.
Not sure what/why/how, but investigations last night didn't turn up much at all, and now it looks like the same problem... most likely we won't be allowed to talk about what broke when it is determined, but we're watching out for it. Have no fear!

What happened on Sunday morning? There was a bug in Quagga, and in the words of a fellow TorIX member:

Anyway, the upstream that was affected will be repatching around 2009-05-06 01:00 (or about 3 hours from this post) - there might be brief glitches affecting some of our services in Toronto, but they shouldn't linger.

Extended partial outage this morning From about 8AM till 11AM this morning, one of our upstreams began suffering from a bug in their routing software, which lead to partial/intermittent connectivity for that period.

Things appear to be working better now. Apologies.

Don't forget about our @ServerNorth Twitter feed.
