Further ADSL woes You may have noted that our upstream ADSL provider has not been meeting our high standards. We have had a number of users who have lost sync, and a few users that received free service upgrades ... this is bittersweet, but we don't like being out of the loop on what's happening to our customers.

Furthermore, it's being reported to us that a certain ADSL provider has been sending their marketing materials (via E-Mail and Canada Post) to some of our customers; we find this completely unacceptable and we are working on how to deal with this. If you have received any correspondence from Telnet Communications or Durhamnet, please forward a copy to us. We can use this in our response. While we did share information about your account with them for the purposes of providing service, we will never sell our customer data to anyone - especially for marketing purposes.

In the coming months, we will be developing our own ADSL systems and relying on other 3rd party suppliers less and less. Server North is maturing, but right now we've been having growing pains - we're very sorry about that. Unfortunately only clairvoyance could've prevented much of this present mess, but this should not be the case for much longer.

If you have any questions, concerns or you'd just like to discuss your account or service levels with us, please get in touch.

ADSL Outage The company that we use for ADSL seems to be suffering a major outage at this time. Please let us know if you're affected and we will work with you to get things fixed up.
